Maui Wowie Beach Mist

I heart Philip B products and in the summertime, one of my major favs is Philip B’s Maui Wowie Beach Mist. It’s perfect for summer in Southern California. Or anywhere! I got it last summer and before then I had been trying to replace a beloved surf spray for five years–ever since it was discontinued. (Don’t you hate it when that happens to your favorite products?) That was an incredibly sad day for me. I loved that product. It gave me perfect, just back from the beach waves–never mind that I lived in the middle of Wicker Park in Chicago at the time.

Maui Wowie Beach Mist is a pretty decent replacement, though. It contains pure aloe vera extract and oils of orchid and Tahitian gardenia. With just a few sprays of the sea salt mist, you’ll have instant fullness and that tousled, piece-y, just-off-the-beach texture. It doesn’t leave hair crunchy or dry. Your hair will feel amazingly healthy and voluptuous. And the best part–like all Philip B products, the to-die-for scent.It smells like a tropical paradise in a bottle.

To apply, just shake up the product to mix and spray it on damp or dry hair from roots to tips and comb through. Tousle hair and let air-dry, or twist hair in sections and dry under a diffuser for loose, sexy waves.
